We are watching the NCAA XC Championships tomorrow (Saturday) at Anders house (424 Jefferson St) at 8am. The house is a two story green house. Go in the front door, go left and head up the stairs. Please fill out the form if you plan on attending so we have a head count for breakfast snacks. Womens race - 8:20am (Elise Stearns and Kensey May), Men's race - 9:10am.

Strength Training
We have a strength training program 2 days a week coached by Olympian and professional coach Courtney Babcock. The cost of the strength training is $70 for the season (14-16 sessions). If you have trouble coming up with $70, please let me know. We don’t want anybody to miss out that wants to take part in these strength classes.
