Spring Break
​We will meet Mon-Thur at 10am @ Sentinel Track for anybody who is in town for Spring Break. Mileage and workouts are below. We try to keep the Spring Break workouts as simple as possible so you can get them done anywhere. Get in your 40's (max speed) on recovery run days. If you are in town, hope to see you at practice. Have a great Spring Break and make sure to get in your mileage and workouts! Go HKXC!

Season Weekly Mileage Plan

Workout #1 - 1mi @ Tempo pace (rest 3min), 4-6 X 400m @ goal 1600m pace (w/90 sec rest), 1mi @ Tempo pace w/strides

Workout # 2 - 8-12 X 30 seconds @ 800m pace w/strides

Strength Training
We have a strength training program 2 days a week coached by Olympian and professional coach Courtney Babcock. The cost of the strength training is $70 for the season (14-16 sessions). If you have trouble coming up with $70, please let me know. We don’t want anybody to miss out that wants to take part in these strength classes.
